Period of data retention
This data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to individual requests for information, up to a maximum of 24 months. Once the above term has concluded or in any case has elapsed, your data will be destroyed or made anonymous in accordance with the technical procedures of cancellation and back-up.
The conferral of data marked with an asterisk (*) in the data collection form is mandatory to provide you with the requested information; therefore, in the event of failure to provide such data the Company will be unable to process your request.
Recipients of the data
Your data may be communicated to parties operating as data controllers, (such as, by way of example, the other companies of the Biesse Group in the event that the information requested relates to goods or services offered by such companies, as well as to supervisory and control authorities and any public body entitled to request the data.Your data may also be processed, on behalf of the Company, by persons designated as Data Processors, who are given adequate operating instructions, and in particular, by the company that provides the service of management and/or maintenance of the Company's Website.
Parties authorised to process the data
The data may be processed by employees of the company departments responsible for pursuing the aforementioned purposes, who have been expressly authorised to process it and who have received adequate operating instructions.
Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union
The data may be transferred abroad to countries outside Europe, and in particular in other countries outside the EU in which companies of the Biesse Group are based after signing the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) and (d).
